Scam artists. Used to sell a property - they were paid at closing then they emailed a bill afterwards. Tried to get double paid. Must have hoped I would have just sent it without questions. Very crooked and unprofessional

One of the best experiences with an attorney you did a very good job

I asked Mr. Person to a look over a document, he never asked for a retainer and did not talk about a fee. Six months later I received an invoice for $700 - he did nothing to help me, said he made some phone calls - be careful, ask for fees up front and get it in writing. He filed a lien on my home in order to get his money - beware do not use this firm

I would give a zero star rating if possible. Mr Person is extremely unprofessional and swears at clients. He is easily angered by very simple questions. We did not chose him, unfortunately the attorney who prepared my father's will & trust died before my father passed and Breen & Person took over the deceased attorney's client roster. We hired another attorney to walk our family through the will & trust because Mr Person was not answering basic questions nor did he even do a reading of the will to the beneficiaries. He had the audacity to put in writing that a $40,000 dispute was "joke". That's a lot of money to most people. I would never recommend him and if I were The "Breen" in Breen & Person I would sever ties with Mr Person as the numerous 1 star reviews all complain about Mr Person. He does not have a suitable temperament to be in his profession. He 100% should not be working with grieving family.
