Facility was clean. Receptionist was very kind. I met with Ginny Knudson for 15 minutes where she showed me where the forms are at online for me to fill out myself.....and then billed me $128. $128 to tell me to do the work myself. I'm really disappointed.

When I entered into an agreement to be represented by Virginia “Ginny” Knudson, I expected aggressive representation of the facts and the law on my behalf based on MN guidelines. What I got was the complete opposite, mediocre representation with no concern for the law throughout the process, and when I expected Ginny to engage, she did as little as possible to benefit my case.

Called to ask an attorney questions and the receptionist was rude and said the attorneys won't take questions over the phone so I guess I will give my money to one that will.

I called a few places that were not even willing to try and help me with my issue because it was something they had never done before. Chuck was willing to see if he could help..and help he did. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend giving them a call for any legal matter!
