Pompous lawyer who has no regard for his clients. It takes over three weeks for Ray Charpentier to return phone calls, when I call his office it is made VERY clear that he is too busy to call me back but that I can leave another message. I went into his office for legal advise on a land issue, when asked how much this advise would be I was told "dont worry about it, Ill send you something". In which I received a bill for $750..
