I found Ellen to be unprepared; my side came to mediation prepared. We had provided bank statements, lists of assets and other documentation per her request. She either didn’t request the same items from opposing counsel or was not willing to share those items with our side. She interrupted me on several occasions and spent very little time with me during the process. Perhaps the most disappointing I felt judged and dismissed by her behavior. I would urge you not to use her in any capacity.

When my sibling of mine was charged with several absurdly felony level charges. We were absolute our family would never be the same again, thanks to Ernest, that didn't become our reality.
