I don't feel this is the place to get into the details of my experience, but I can say that if you value your time and money I would consider other family law attorneys before hiring Mr. Burns.

I requested a consultation with Mr. Burns, emailed me at 9:32 pm asking me to send him over a copy of the order and what I thought was wrong. I did that and two days later he decline a consultation. I asked for a reason and he didn’t reply.

This guy John Burns jr is a fraud and a joke. He claims he is for father’s rights on his website and more. Yet he rather help pad his pocket and help take a kid from a great father. Straight scum and any client should run from this liar. So many proven records to show and will expose him. Will be talking to the bar and showing you shouldn’t be a lawyer. Masquerading an an attorney for fathers rights. Yet you only take mostly women clients. I hope anyone take notice and run. Fathers deserve better.

I hired John Burns as my attorney because I was dealing with a very nasty custody case. This case took years, and if I'm honest it is still murk at times as most family custody cases are. The point is John walked me through the process every step of the way. And when there were times I couldn't see the bigger picture John reassured me that he had the legal knowledge to guide down the right path. In the end I could not be more pleased with his Law Firm. He listened attentively to my concerns, he was reassuring and made me feel at ease when things were chaotic and upside down in my life.
