Mr. Bass did exactly what he said he would do for a fair price. He always responded to my questions quickly and handled court very well. He made me feel comfortable through the whole process.

I retained Howard Bass for a felony probation violation that had a lot of moving parts. At one point, I had a warrant hanging over my head and was ordered to begin doing time in the Dakota County hotel. The warrant, and ordered jail time, were ruled on a technicality and on an interpretation of the law that differed from my, and Howard's, interpretation. I, obviously, did not want to do time. Howard Bass relentlessly worked his way up the chain of command within Dakota County, getting unsatisfactory answers along the way. After hitting dead-end after dead-end he chose to file a motion to quash the warrant and vacate the jail sentence. At the hearing, his preparedness overwhelmed the prosecutor. Instead of going to jail, I'm writing this. If you value your freedom, and if you value confident counsel who knows their way around our broke judicial system, retain Howard Bass.
