I contacted JoAnn Wolf’s law office for help with a parental alienation case, as advertised on their website. My family has faced serious harm so I was seeking legal support. Unfortunately, my experience felt like a bait-and-switch. When I called, Thomas was polite, but he mentioned they only handle family law, which conflicted with their advertised expertise in parental alienation and civil litigation. He did connect me with an attorney quickly, but my consultation with JoAnn Wolf was disappointing. Despite the website’s claims, she seemed unfamiliar with parental alienation and failed to answer my questions. Worse, her proposal suggested leaving my children in a harmful environment, instead of supporting me—the more stable parent. She also requested a $10,000 retainer, which felt excessive considering the lack of actionable solutions offered. It didn’t seem like she was genuinely interested in taking me on as a client; instead, it felt like she was more focused on gathering information for reasons that were unclear, possibly even suspicious. I left the consultation feeling unsupported and deeply concerned. If you need help with parental alienation or civil litigation, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Their marketing doesn’t reflect the services I received.

Brian Glodosky stepped in well beyond the eleventh hour and quickly got up to speed with my case. He immediately staved off a motion for temporary relief and successfully issued a request to change judges. Brian and his team effectively refuted slanderous accusations by my ex and he skillfully guided us to a mediated settlement, preserving our family's finances and preventing a drawn out court case which would have involved psychological evaluations and courtroom testimony for our children. I posed many questions to Brian, and pushed back numerous times in areas that concerned me. Brian consistently, concisely, and respectfully addressed my concerns. I really hope I never have to go through another divorce, but if I did, I would feel confident having Brian by my side once again.

We've used Grant quite a few times over the years. For closing real estate transactions and the latest being setting up power of attorney paperwork. His office staff is super friendly and helpful. Our experience has always been positive. He is a lawyer we trust, and his advice on different matters has been very helpful. Highly recommend!

Me: “I’m calling because my ex served me with paper’s, he’s trying to get full custody our son” ...silence… Me: “are you there?” Her: “okay?……… What are you looking for then?” In the most condescending tone… I’m looking for a CONSULT?! Which you told me was THIS. She wasn’t kind- wasn’t helpful- basically told me that getting what I wanted was impossible- I’m glad I didn’t waste my money or time on her. I wouldn’t recommend you do either- unless you’re already a lawyer and don’t need any sort of guidance.

Worst lawyers ever! They charge you for listening to a voice mail you leave for them. They nickeled and dimed to me death. And their service got me no where.

So easy to talk to. Totally understands my concerns. Professional, but friendly.
