Admistrative attorney. Wouldn't recommend going to court with him.

Decent place confidence the lawyer could fight a little harder to accept your claim highly professional in my opinion feels like he would win if he accepts you!

This was the second time Mr. Storey helped us. The first was for a will, the second was for a trust and getting all the paperwork together for our senior year

My mom had her estate plan written up and we were very happy to have the help navigating through the whole process. Thank you for making the process a bit less painful.

I, and another party tried to talk to him and present him documents about material misrepresentation of fact on documents submitted to court by a person that was going for conservatorship of a vulnerable adult client he was representing. He outright refused to speak with us or look at the documents saying to us he doesn't work for us (no worry there...I wouldn't hire him to do anything if you paid me!). He instead ignored us completely and left the area with the lawyer for the person that intentionally misrepresented fact to the court. As soon as I introduced myself, hos face appeared angry I was there. Doesn't that give you a feeling of confidence in him representing your best interest? Not. He appeared only interested in getting the case off his desk, instead of making sure her Trust (her legal documented desires prior to dementia) was adhered to, which he is required to do as her legal representative. It will bite him someday. Nope, I wouldn't rely on him.
