This past January marked the 10th year of my relationship with Bill Huefner involving living trusts for my parents. Both mom and dad have passed away and Bill's recent involvement had him right there with me helping to conclude the distribution of assets to those named in the trust. While mom and dad were alive Bill was called upon a number of times to adjust the living trusts to add or remove certain assets as needed. Both mom and dad were very comfortable working with Bill. When mom passed away a few years ago, Bill helped dad and I manage through the conversion of her living trust to a disclaimer trust. Most recently, after dad's passing, Bill helped the family navigate through some complicated issues with all beneficiaries very satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciate all that Bill did. I appreciate his responsiveness to my emails which were frequently launched by me, and responded to by him, on the weekends! As we neared the end of mom and dad's trust management, my wife and I enlisted Bill's help to follow the same path and create our own living trust. My most gracious thanks to Bill for all that he did and for his expert guidance along the way.

This is the second time that I've worked with Bill Huefner and his firm.
