I injured my back at work pretty bad and was stuck in the work comp qrc and doctors treatment plan which is a terrible spot to be in. They said either surgery or back to work. Surgery they offered bare minimum didn't even address my injury and at the time I could barely even walk, sit, stand without severe pain and I'm in a construction trade. I did a search online and came across David Bialke and I'm so grateful I did. I've had to hire lawyers over the years for many different situations and I can say David was by far the best I've ever had representing me. He listened (which is hard to find in a lawyer) , he told me my rights , and basically took over my stressfull depressive situation so all I had to do was concentrate on myself and my health.
