I injured my back at work pretty bad and was stuck in the work comp qrc and doctors treatment plan which is a terrible spot to be in. They said either surgery or back to work. Surgery they offered bare minimum didn't even address my injury and at the time I could barely even walk, sit, stand without severe pain and I'm in a construction trade.
