A great place to take care of your workman's comp issues! David Kempson is awesome and is extremely experienced in this area.

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who may need help with work comp. They helped my brother with advise on his workers compensation claim even though he was not their client. They did not force him to pay a ton for the legal advise he received either, they simply wanted to help and that speaks to how this firm operates on a daily basis. Thanks!!!!

They are very professional and great at what they do. They take care of everything and keep you involved in the process all the way through to the end. Check in on how you are doing and making sure everything is taken care of on the insurance end of the process. David Kempston has been my W/C lawyer, David kept me informed every step of the case. Through email, phone and USPS mail, I would get reminders for all my appointments. If David was not Available Elle would always make sure he called me back. I’ve had another lawyer in another firm who the only time I heard from him is when I called home. David was always checking on me making sure I understood all communication I received. Some times I would email him at night, thinking he write back tomorrow. Then I would get a email or call in a few minutes. Not that I know lots of people who need a W/C lawyer I would recommend David and Mottaz and Sisk to anybody.
