Winters is unethical, he made several statements that he said he completed but then said he didn't get completed. He took my money said he had copies of paper work but never sent the copies. He led me on for 18 months not answering my calls. I'm still waiting on paperwork!

I have used Mr.Ramstad's services on numerous occasions over the last 20 plus years. He is knowledgable and precise in all my experience. He is one of the best in the area for taking a job and moving forward in a timely manner without regular calls to make sure things keep moving. He has a wide range of skills including, business, real estate, foreclosure and estate planning. He works with many local municipalities and small businesses. He is very professional and ethical!

Mr. Ramstad quite often uses others' work product, and also cites outdated and obsolete case law. He represents many small rural municipalities, but he also represents the larger municipality in the area of Detroit Lakes. He often interjects biased opinions that represent a cleqr conflict of interest when the smaller municipalities are competing for state capital investment funding and private grants. He does not note his conflict of interest for the record. When it comes to submitting compliance reports to the full extent to state and federal regulatory agnecies he often recommends leaving out any vital details that would highlight a need for improvement or mistakes that could be of potential harm to the public, when the law requires otherwise and it would be better for the municipality to correct and learn from mistakes, as it would build a greater trust with the public it serves.

Mr. Charles Ramstag has been consulted by me concerning business matters on more than one o cation. I have found him to be very well informed in the law as well as its practical application. He is accommodating, to the point,yet friendly, and does not waste time.
