Two years ago, a friend and I were hit by a pickup truck crossing the street with stop lights. The guy who hit us was trying to avoid a red light and didn't see us. Because there were no witnesses or videos set up at the intersection, we didn't proceed as we didn't think we had a case. I just received from the insurance company of the gentleman who his us offering us a settlement. Jeff made phone calls and did the paperwork to help me get the settlement!
