Horrible, horrible probate experience and service. Would NOT recommend. Extremely poor communications from start to finish. Misplaced paperwork, delayed responses and months of delays between tasks and filed paperwork, without communication. High turnover rate if staff that somehow required my having to send them the same information multiple times. It took 2 years and 5 months total to complete, and that was with myself having to email and call so many times to check the status or question the lack of progress. This was with no family feuds or debates on the estate/our end, and the entire process required my having to reach out to them again and again, for the next steps. It is/was sad to have to deal with such a drawn out, unprofessional process when also grieving the loss of a loved one.
