My wife and I reside in Colorado but had a pressing need for assistance and review with a challenging intrafamily Minnesota real property sale. Sandy was referred to us by a Two Harbors realtor and all I can say, she exceeded every expectation! She was generous in her initial time, and super responsive in reviewing and turning around a custom purchase agreement. She answered questions promptly and found numerous errors or issues in proposed closing and title documents. I really can't imagine how we could have been more fortunate than to have worked with Sandy as real estate counsel. I have a legal background and have some sense of how working with counsel with such transactions work and all-too-often fails to work; she is a shining star! I enthusiastically endorse her.
