“When we finally got to the early neutral evaluation, I wanted a piece of information that was granted in my arbitration agreement, but he advised to wait until the agreement became an order. I begrudgingly agreed and then after it became an order and I asked about it, he charged me another $700 to read 3 emails each about a paragraph long (in which I tried to assert my rights) and then advised me he wants a larger retainer to go back to court for something I should have had in the first place.”
