Eagan city attorneys office. They don't return phone calls. Had my licenses suspended and refuse to give me an answer as to why. Had a warrant issued for my arrest even though I wasn't living in Eagan at the time of the supposed traffic stop.

The one who calls himself "Skip Schaeffer" is also known as Dakota County Prosecuting Attorney "Henry Schaeffer" a City Attorney who works on behalf of "Campbell Knutson LAW Firm." "Campbell Knutson LAW Firm" conducts the prosecutions on behalf of Dakota County Attorney's Office according to lead prosecutor "James Backstrom." This guy "Henry Scheffer," (pictured below) apparently believes that John Carpenter's 1995 "In The Mouth of Madness" has the ability to contact viewers because "Henry 'Skip' Schaeffer" is currently prosecuting a Dakota County Case on behalf of Dakota County Attorney's Office & the City of Eagan arguing that "content published on Twitter & YouTube" has the ability to contact others. WOAH - someone was absent during the day in American History when the lessons of "Freedom of Speech & Freedom of Press" were taught from the pages of the United States Constitution or the State of Minnesota Constitution. Campbell Knutson LAW Firm not only conducts frivolous prosecutions in misrepresentation of Dakota County Attorney's office but also defies what is called "Due Process," another Constitutional Civil Right & Legal Virtue. In 3 attempts to request a "Motion for Discovery" or a "Motion to Compel Discovery" Campbell Knutson LAW Firm refused to comply in releasing all of what is State's evidence in an active prosecution. When the Petitioner / Defendant asked for 3 trial court transcripts to be produced in the case history - "Skip Schaeffer" responded "are these all transcripts for this case file?" The Petitioner quickly corrected "Mr. Schaeffer" as Dakota County Judicial Officers & Mr. Schaeffer's "Campbell Knutson LAW Firm" have a known history of not complying with "Due Process" & failing to produce State's Evidence upon numerous requests. Good job "Skip Schaeffer" reviewing YOUR OWN LAW Firm on Google. NOT SMART - NOT SMART AT ALL.

Literally the worst excuse for a professional business. My call was answered rudely, handled far from professionally, and made me feel bad for anyone who has used their services. I don't even know how places like this keep getting business, they clearly don't deserve it. One word for this establishment? USELESS. Do you even employ real lawyers?! No professional would behave that way. Pathetic place. Avoid at all costs.
