This guy "Henry 'Skip' Schaeffer," apparently believes that John Carpenter's 1995 "In The Mouth of Madness" has the ability to contact viewers because "Henry 'Skip' Schaeffer" is currently prosecuting a Dakota County Case on behalf of Dakota County Attorney's Office & the City of Eagan arguing that "content published on Twitter & YouTube" has the ability to contact others.”
