I just had a consultation with DeAnne Dulas today July 15, 2024. I have been searching for a new attorney for quite some time. In the hour conversation with DeAnne I learned more and had more detailed information presented to me than any attorney I’ve spoken to in years. She actually cared about my concerns I have and gave me the best details and options to handle for the time being. I know when I am ready for new representation I am absolutely going to DeAnne. I highly recommend her and thank you again for your help and time today.

Randall was recommended to me by a friend. I had never hired a lawyer before but my charges were severe and I was just hoping for the best outcome. Randall understood my concerns. He had extensive experience with the courts and my type of case in particular. He rolled up his sleeves and fought hard behind the scenes in my defense. His confidence in his abilities helped to put me at ease. The outcome was way beyond expectations. I don’t believe I would have received a better outcome from any other lawyer.

After being arrested for DUI, I consulted multiple attorneys via phone. After talking with Staci (legal assistant from his office) and Randall himself, it was crystal clear that he was the right attorney for my case. I contacted Randal Kins by phone and hired him to take my case involving a DUI. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the case. He got the DUI reduced to careless driving and that was resolved by paying only a small fine. He and his office were very helpful at each step of the way. I contacted quite a few attorneys, for consultations, and IMMEDIATELY I felt like Randall actually “cared.” He was patient. He took the time to listen to me. What really let me know Randall was a good attorney was the way he communicated. Randall did not “rush” me off the phone and his tone was very sympathetic to my situation. He sees unfair/false situations, and is definitely on your side.

Mr. Kins is a winner. When I first met him, I knew I needed to hire him. He has this demeanor that just made me worry-free. I knew I was in good hands and didn’t even hesitate to hire him right away. I was charged with domestic assault and terrorist threat at a felony level and he got my case dismissed in 3 weeks. Not just that, he got a DANCO off my record upon release, that’s unheard of. I was very satisfied with his performance and I couldn’t thank him enough. Mr. Kins is confident at what he does and he assured me that we will not back down which resulted in my case being dismissed. Mr. Kins takes pride in his work and you can tell he is very passionate about winning when you speak with him. I highly recommend him to anyone. If you are a person of color and hesitate to hire him because of his race, don’t be. He is the best you can find in Minnesota, especially in Ramsey County. I was beyond satisfied with his work and this is coming from a young Hmong adult. I am sure a lot of people can testify and validate his credibility. When looking for a lawyer, you want one who is confident, intelligent, competent, and has a winners-mindset. Mr. Kins has all those qualities and traits to bring you success. I really wish I could befriend him. He’s just a great guy in general. Someone I can trust.

Where do i begin? When i 1st talked to Mr. Randell, I knew I wanted to hire him, so I did. He explained everything to me. What we can go for and what could happen. We would touch bases for time to time. When it was time to meet at the courthouse. He always brought good news. The best was the last court date. i was so impressed to find out. that on our 1st talked he had already started to work out a deal or better outcome for me. In my eyes Mr. Randell and his team does a excellent job. When it came down to the end, it truly was a unbelievable outcome. I know if it were not for him and his team. I would probably be in jail or prison. So if anybody is reading this, you need to hire this guy and his team. Because there the best. Good luck to you Mr. Randell and your team.
