I was extremely pleased with how professional tom and Shari were durning my case they worked really hard and settled the case really fast I couldn’t have asked for a better legal team

Tom & Christine were very respectful, kind and professional throughout the entire process! I felt genuine care down to a personal level and they were always quick to respond to questions or concerns! Getting injured in an accident has been scary and is disruptive to my family and normal way of life. They helped guide me during my surgeries, therapy and recovery. They never stopped fighting for me, even when I was ready to give up at one point! Tom is a man of his word! Thank you, Tom & Christine, I genuinely appreciate you helping me during one of the hardest times in my life! I will always have to deal with pain and things will never be the same as they were before the accident, but I’m glad I didn’t give up and you kept fighting! I would highly recommend to everyone!

Last year I was involved in a rear end collision shortly after I was married, and what was supposed to be a happy and celebratory time of my life quickly turned sour after my accident. I didn't know where to turn or ask for help, so I did what a lot of people might do, I looked to Google for answers, and found Tom right in town where I live. I called them and was immediately given an appointment for a consultation. Upon meeting Tom, I was immediately comfortable and confident in my choice to have him and his team represent me. As a small business owner, taking time off was difficult and stressful on myself and my family, but Tom and Pam Schewe handled everything for me in a quick and professional manner. Although not very well versed in such situations, I believe my case was handled in a very timely manner and couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case. I came to Tom with a very difficult case, so difficult some of the best attorneys in Minnesota turned it down they simply couldn't get the job done. I don't even know what to say about Tom and his crew, I called to get a consultation about a settlement I am dealing with. Tom told me he couldn't in good faith take my case knowing the amount I'd be receiving and then to pay them. He helped me every step of the way and answering my text at all hours of the night and helped me get way more than they originally had offered! I was in an accident on the day I proposed to my wife. The other driver had the state minimum insurance which basically put myself and another driver in a really bad situation because there was no insurance on his part to cover any injuries and barely damages. I am so glad I picked Bennerotte as my lawyer. They covered my case from A to Z. They explained every part of the process. They continually fought to get my medical bills covered and compensation for my time away from work. The accident resulted in me needing a titanium disc in my neck. The payout took a while but my lawyer stuck with me throughout the entire process and although long, was comensurate of the entire accident and everything resulting.
