I would give more then 5 stars if I could. My experience with Tom and his team was absolutly amazing. They are professional, friendly and always postive. They work day and night to help me with what I needed and the work they do is top notch. They were also able to keep me informed about what's happening through my case at all times and help me with my decision making through out the whole process making it so I that never felt worried. Highley recommend!

My experience with Tom and his team were absolutely phenomenal. I was a young adult during the time of the accident and they walked me through every step along the way. They explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable and were very caring towards me. Tom and his team were great. We started the process of dealing with an insurance company when my daughter was not yet considered an adult thus I was able to get as much information as I wanted. During the process she became an adult was the one who had to make the decision about her case. Tom's team was a tremendous help in her decision making process with the case. During the entire process Tom made her feel comfortable and explained to her what was going on every step up the way. I would recommend Tom and his firm to anyone who needs help.

The folks at Bennerotte & Associates were wonderful to work with when I had a slip and trip incidence. They handled all the correspondence with the business's insurance company and worked through all the issues with my health insurance companies. I would have never been able to get through all the paperwork by myself. I highly recommend them as a firm.

He is well founded and dedicated in representing you when harm has been done to you and your your personal property. I would sincerely use him to handle my case and/or refer him to friends and family.
He is also a good source for referrals to areas outside his firms expertise.
