I was introduced to Tom Bennerotte for over the past 7 years through a childhood friend, John D. Tarr and He and his associates do not only render the services expected but go beyond and to the extreme to make sure you are well satisfied. Since he worked on my accident case and with the level of satisfaction received, I have recommended all of my friends to his firm. Presently, he and Sue Seivert is working on my accident case. I met Wade as an Executrix of one of his client's estate who had recently died. But her personal injury matter had not been completely resolved before her death. Wade was instrumental in walking me thru the maze of needed paperwork and dealings with Medicare. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Sue Seivert, one of Tom's staff, was truly exceptional. She worked with Tom to provide me advice. If you are looking for honest and ethical staff who gives you hope that systems are not broken after a car accident, this group would be it. Sue was phenomenal, working with me to understand my options with Progressive. Very knowledgeable about the field and caring, especially when your own insurances is trying to buy you out of your health. They have my highest recommendation.

Tom stayed on top of my case! Even when there was a couple of "hiccups" along the way he always would reach out to me to make sure things got ironed out & I was comfortable!
