Initially, I was convinced that Tom Bennerotte would be a great attorney for me. In fact, he made me all sorts of assurances, including that he would assist me in reclaiming lost money from my car accident, and assistance in taking care of my residual health problems from the accident. I was so impressed, at first, when Tom when above and beyond and actually found money for me from a previous car accident. However, that is where the good things stop. Somewhere along the line, Tom got busy or decided my case was no longer worth his time, and without telling me, dumped my case on another associate! From then on, communication was beyond poor. I had no idea what was going on. No one listed to my concerns. Voice mails, emails, and questions were rarely returned and concerns were minimized. As we got closer to mediation, my problems were downgraded, until, in the end, I did not receive even enough to cover what I had paid out of pocket on my medical expenses, let alone travel, time off of work, or all the time screwing around with the lawyers. I am so vastly dissapointed in this law firm. To top if all off, after we settled the case for a bare minimum amount, my documents, got "lost" or "forgotten about" and I had to hound Bennerotte and Associates for FOUR MONTHS to get my check. They had the audacity to tell me at one point that paperwork that I had mailed in three weeks prior had been "just received in today's mail". Crooks. Just plain crooks.

I have been working with John Scott, an attorney at Bennerotte & Associates. I had a car accident, out of town, and injured my neck. John has been great at explaining my benefits through my insurance company (something they were not all together "forthcoming" about). Also, the police officers issued me a citation, and there was a mandatory court appearance (out of town). John was able to file some paperwork with the court, to save me a trip out of town, and a court appearance. I am very thankful to have such a knowledgable, and helpful resource helping me navigate through the messy aftermath of a car accident. Thank you John!!

I was in a car accident in 2011 and the person that I riding with did not have insurance. The insurance that I had got did not want to cover me for all the expenses so my friend told me about Bennerotte and Associates in the assignment Connor was a really nice guy and need to carry me very nicely. He walked me through all the steps for the hearing and actually got me the settlement so I do not have to pay any a bit of the bills out-of-pocket. I do recommend working with Bennerotte and Associates and especially Connor and his staff because how friendly they are and how well they work with you.

Tom is a amazing personal injury lawyer. My first car accident was in Dec of 2004. Tom was the only lawyer that would take my case. He reassured me that all my medical bills would be paid. The staff there go above and beyond to help you out and get you the information that you need. I have known Tom for almost ten years and he has done two car accident cases for me and is doing a case for my son right now. Tom also has cival lawyers to!
