I have been a client of Toms for over 5 years now and I have nothing but wonderful, positive things to say about him and his firm. I was rear-ended by a woman going about 45 mph and it severely injured my neck. I was afraid to call a lawyer......well, because it's a lawyer. A friend of mine told me about this great attorney in Eagan that I should call- she was concerned about my injury and was so adamant about me getting help I relented and called. From the start Tom was not your "typical" lawyer- He showed extreme empathy towards my situation, recognized the severity of it and, in Layman's Terms, explained all the pro's and con's in moving forward with a lawsuit. He did not pressure me or try to convince me of anything. By him taking the time to talk the process out with me and my husband we were able to make an educated decision on how we should move forward. In that short of time I knew that his firm was going to do everything they could to make things right. So far, throughout this process They have always been attentive and responsive to any concerns or questions I have had. It can be a scary and confusing time but I know I am in good hands. Without having to worry about all the logistics of this process I have been able to focus on my care and healing. So far we're 100% in what we've ask for in the suit.
