I had lost faith in this justice system because of the way i’ve been treated in the past and the way my cases were handled, until today. Steven Budke really listened to what I had to say and take into consideration the way the courts have been looking at and handling my cases. I finally felt like I was being heard and looked at as an individual instead of just another case file on the prosecutor’s desk. He really looked at the facts and what seemed fair. He is very confident and knowledgeable in what he does. He bargained with the prosecutor more than once to get the result I’ve been hoping for. My case was dismissed and he advised me on what I need to do going forward. He completely lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders and I can’t wait to expunge this so it could be off of my record. I found Leverson and Budke just doing a simple google search for the best lawyer in Dakota County. I always read reviews and I didn't encounter a single bad review for Nick and his team so I decided to go with them! I cannot be more amazed at the outcome they achieved for my husband and I, they took a possible 15 year sentence and got it dismissed. We live in NJ, and to find someone this good in another state simply by reviews is a God sent we were truly lucky to find them. For anyone in or out of state looking for a good representation...look no further because these guys are the BEST! We didn't even have to go to MN! They took care of everything! I hired these guys to represent me on a case I had and was very happy with their service, attention to detail, and the outcome of my case. After doing a lot of research I choose them based on their answers to my questions (which I asked many attorneys prior to choosing them and recommend you do too). Comparing their answers to the others revealed they at least as experienced and competent in the area of law I needed them for as 1 or 2 others (3-4 were off the list quickly). I ended up choosing them due to their receptiveness to my inquiries and how they took the time to answer my questions even before I hired them. There was never a time where they were not available when I needed them either for questions or a simple status update. I felt they were honest and not there to sugar coat and share the truth about their expectations for my case. They are very thorough and I would recommend you look into them if you're considering representation in the courts.

I can say without reservation that Nicholas Leverson was the absolute best choice we could have made when we needed an attorney. As residents of Ohio there was at situation which landed our son, a resident in Eagan, MN, in jail.
