I spoke with Nick Leverson for an initial consultation, and he provided me with enough information that I didn't even need his services. Several attorneys had provided me with incorrect information that I had been basing my life on for years, and Nick corrected the misinformation, explained the details, and sent me on my way after charging me nothing. Not all cases will be like this, but I could tell from speaking with him that he really knows what he's doing (my question was related to firearm rights). I feel like I received a thousand dollars worth of advice, and he gladly provided it for free. For those of you that will need his services (and thus have to pay), I could tell that Nick really knew his stuff compared to several attorneys I had spoken with before. Thank you Nick!

Really a horrible experience with Steve. He promised a lot of things during my case, with confidence, and on the last minute he would tell me that its not possible, leaving me no time to prepare my arguments. His actions ruined my case, which intern ruined mine and my children's lives. He is in-competent, does not know negotiation and people in the industry called him "That new guy".

Steven Budke...THANK YOU. I've had other attorneys that just take your money and just ghost you until the last minute. Steven kept in contact the entire time. If I called he usually answered or called me back within 24 hours. He did a Amazing job getting my rights restored. And we had a judge who doesn't say yes to just anyone. Huge win for both of us. I know you may find cheaper lawyers.... but he's worth every penny.
