I recently moved to Minnesota from another state and needed my will, power of attorney and estate documents updated. Josh was very helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond what I expected and I highly recommend him. He's the best!!

Josh was recommended to me. I had done estate planning years ago with another attorney and my documents needed updating and revisions. He was very knowledgeable and assisted in asking me all the right questions to have my goals for myself and family answered for our future. He was prompt with hisresponses. We spent a few hours one afternoon going thru drafted documents for my will/trust/health care directive and POA to allow me to as questions and for him to provide definitions and scenerios so I could easily understand. Upon completion of my documents I walked away knowing at this time the revisions were accurate and updated. I highly recommend Josh.

Josh made the process of our will go so smoothly and easy for us. He is very knowledgeable in his field and a great personality to go with it. We have been putting off our will for years and are glad we found Josh to help us out.

Josh Damberg helped us update our wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc. Josh listened to our goals and made suggestions on how to reach them. He used his expertise to identify issues we had not considered and helped us address those concerns. He outlined what documents we needed toupdate, including a deed we had not originally considered. Josh took the time to explain the documents clearly with examples so that we understood what we were signing and how the documents would be used. He also completed all work on time and within the cost estimate he gave us. We would recommend working with Josh, and plan to continue working with him in the future.

I highly recommend Josh. Great and easy to work with, highly efficient and helpful. Plus, he came to us! I will certainly continue to use his services if ever needed. He was always available to speak with me anytime. He drew up the Will for us, Power of Attorney and helped with the estate.
