I’m so glad I came to Mr.Azarian to help me in my situation! I didn’t know what to do and I desperately needed a good lawyer to help me. All I needed to do was tell him the details and listen and he handled all the hard work!

Martin was my Attorney, after a car almost drove me and others off the highway in savage. I followed the car to get a picture of his license plate, then drove away in a residential area when the car zoomed past me starting me, he was so close my bumper scraped down the side of his car. Cops came never talked to me 6 cops just talked to him and came and aarrested me he said he was making a U turn at the intersection and I rammed him. The parts on his car were up were I said it happened. I told Martin something isn't right and to find out who this guy was it seemed to me he knew the cops. He said he checked him out he was nobody and I needed to take a plea deal and I could sue him for me having to fix his car after. My first time in any situation like this so I took the deal. And took the guy to small claims. The judge there pointed out it did not look like a ramming. That's when the guy said he was a former police officer!!! Shocker. Martin did not do what was best for me he helped out the cop for me to take the plea. If that doesn't stop you from hiring this Attorney then you are part of the problem that allows Attorneys to be crooked like that.

I hired Mr.Azarian for a terrible domestic violence charge case and he was able to get me a favorable outcome. He works by himself and is always available via a phone call, text and emails and responds to you on a timely manner. I have dealt with bigger law firms( not all big firms are bad) where after the payment was made, i had to constantly struggle to get updates on what i paid for and the case was not reviewed for a long period, and was transferred to different paralegals. I highly recommend Martin for any criminal defense case in the state of Minnesota.

Martin is a great guy

I was arrested for Shoplifting at Scheels EP on a holiday weekend. Scariest day of my life as I have never been in trouble with the law before. I had no idea what to or expect once I was released from Scheels so I Googled it. Martin Azarian came up as an attorney to contact for advice. I read a couple Google reviews and called him right way because the arresting officer he would be in contact. I called Martin and he answered right away on a Holiday weekend and told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions without me having hired him. He helped me calm my nerves. I then scheduled a meeting with him the next day ( seriously it was a Holiday). When I met with Martin at his office in EP, I hired him immediately. Yes, it was expensive but so worth it. He immediately took over and got in contact with the arresting officer so he could not contact me anymore. I made the mistake by shoplifting and not once did I feel judged or looked down upon by Martin. He was very informative and compassionate towards me and helped me not only with my case but with my nerves. He would get back to me within a few hours if I had questions and it really helped me not panic more than I already was. It took months before I knew what I was being charged with. The waiting was agonizing. Arrested in May, Martin had been contacted in November and let me know that I was being charged with a FELONY. He was on top of everything and really eased my mind that he would do everything he could to not have this be a conviction. No guarantees of course. If you don't know court's you get your first hearing and then they set up a second for sentencing and if you are lucky you find out on that day or you could go to trial. I found out before my 2nd hearing that I was being offered the Diversion Program instead of being prosecuted for the felony. Best outcome I could have asked for. I met with the Diversion Program Director and Martin went with me. I have 1 year probation, 3 Days SLS and 1 - 30 minute class to take and all this will be behind me. Once I wait the time needed (2 yrs) I will be contacting Martin to have an expungement and it will all be off my record like it never happened. I am so forever grateful I made that first phone call to Martin Azarian!
