I came to Marc with a terrible situation. I was facing divorce and my now ex-wife was asking for sole legal and physical custody. I thought my situation was hopeless, and Marc guided me through a mediation process that could not have been more painless. I now currently share 50/50 legal and physical custody of my children thanks to Marc, and I was saved thousands of dollars by his ability to negotiate and represent. Tim Simonson is excellent and very knowledgable. He listened, was patient and caring and non-judgemental about my contentious, complicated case. Was honest, genuine, professional and gave me good advice. Very attentive to detail and helped me keep the focus on the big picture and not get caught up with the pettiness of the opposing party.

We recently worked with Andrew to have wills and healthcare POAs drawn up after the birth of our first child. We did this through my group legal plan at work. Andrew was great to work with and I would definitely recommend him for these services. We had no idea what we were doing in this area, but Andrew was quickly able to help us identify what we need and get everything drawn up and signed. He knew how to facilitate everything through the group legal plan and billed the plan directly so nothing was out of pocket. He gave great advice and made everything easy on us - necessary when caring for a newborn. So great to get this taken care of, and Andrew made it painless.

Andrew made the Estate planning process a breath of fresh air compared to the law firm I worked with a year ago that had me filling out so many forms. I met with Andrew and he took detailed notes on what my wishes were. He created drafts for me to review and we scheduled one final meeting to sign everything. Andrew is professional, organized, and kind. He offers excellent advice and explains how his firm can help family members manage the estate if needed. I will refer friends and family to him.
