Kellie was the safe harbor in the worst possible storm a person could imagine experiencing. Her ability to balance keeping the process moving forward and still maintain that these are people, who are dealing with difficult, painful moments in life was invaluable to me. She was honest and forthright with her counsel and guidance. She models the collaborative approach and works hard to keep adversarial tendencies out of the process. She sought to understand the things that were important to both sides in order to ensure, what already was a difficult situation, escalating into something far worse. I appreciate the network of collaborative resources Kellie had at her disposal in order to stream line the efforts and keep the process moving forward.
