I hired Rebecca for my child custody case. We knew it was going to be difficult from the beginning as my daughter's father was very uncooperative. Rebecca made a tough situation so much better. She was on top of everything and made sure everything was done on time and done thoroughly and professionally. She was very compassionate but tough, always with my daughter's best interest in mind. I got exactly what I was hoping for and I believe I have Rebecca to thank for that.

Baer is a well versed and educated lawyer. She understands the legal systems and advocates for children's best interests. I was looking for a lawyer who was empathic, articulate, a great listener, and effective with time. Baer had all of these attributes and more. Rebecca and her staff handled our adoption proceeding. We were worried that the process would be highly stressful, complicated and expensive. Rebecca Baer is an amazing lawyer! I was very fortunate to have found her when I did. Though Rebecca was working alongside David Littman on our case, I primarily communicated with her; Rebecca was always quick to respond, listen, and help. She is detail oriented and organized. With her help the court vacated a contempt hearing and dismissed all charges against me. Furthermore, Rebecca helped transfer my case to another state, simultaneously defending me from an obsessive and erratic ex-husband. Rebecca was a blessing when I felt I was in a hopeless situation. I was involved in a very high conflict post decree modification to parenting time and decision making. Rebecca is amazing! I went though a very high conflict divorce, including custody issues.
