Dan is a wonderful attorney, very humble. He answered all questions and was very supportive through the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone needing an employment lawyer. He is a one man show so when you call him, you are going to get him every time.

Most of the other attorneys we contacted would not even review our case without a fee upfront and then we had to wait at least 2 weeks for an appointment. Employment issues are tricky to navigate as employers automatically have an edge up in that they supply your sustenance, health insurance, retirement, access to many social interactions, probably have more financial means than you, et cetera. Multiply that by each dependent you have and the idea of hiring an attorney feels “wrong” or like a mistake. Before I contacted Dan, the thought of even talking to a lawyer felt like betraying a close family member. But I’m 100% glad I called him. Dan listened, immediately had solid advice, and helped me navigate a bad situation with an employer that didn’t respect my rights under ADA. He helped me see the situation for what it actually was, a misbehaving employer. Dan helped me find a way to settle things down with them which gave me about one year of breathing space in which to plan my next move out of the company and into another career. Then, when the company made its move to lay me off (of course it had nothing to do with my ADA claim or me hiring an attorney… wink wink), Dan helped me with the severance process.
