She takes the time to listen and "see" every person before her, even when the attorneys are moving at the speed of light. She lays down the law but allways grants a bit of grace when true mitigation exists. She is outstanding and deserves far more than 5 stars. Outstanding.

She doesn't understand simple math and is unwilling to have someone coach her through her errors. Using a simple Excel spreadsheet, Karen was supposed to add up items that I owed to my ex-wife and subtract items that my ex owed me. Instead she placed added the items that my ex owed me to my ex-wife'scolumn which showed that I owed an additional $35k, when instead it should have been my wife paying me $35k. When I pointed this out she got defensive and said that her math was right. I'm an electrical engineer and have had several years' worth of mathmatics classes. I was surprised that she couldn't perform basic math but shocked to the core that she denied any innacurracies even after I pointed them out. Would not recommend!!!
