Lack of transparency and breakdown of costs

“I had Austin as my attorney and I was told I wouldn't have a balance from my retainer and that that was the total cost. I used him for the one case now they want additional payment. But no real breakdown of how they came up with the time.”

Unprofessional and rude behavior by an attorney

“At one point, I attempted to mention that my mother was both divorced AND her ex was deceased, but I was interrupted by Patrick, being told "Will you just let me read this, please?" Several minutes later, I had the chance to mention he was deceased, he responded with surprise and I said, "I tried to say that a few minutes ago but you told me to be quiet." He started to say that he felt "personally attacked" and that he was "helping me out by doing ALL THIS for FREE." I didn't ask for anything to be free.”
