Lack of transparency and attention to detail
“I had Austin as my attorney and I was told I wouldn't have a balance from my retainer and that that was the total cost. I used him for the one case now they want additional payment. But no real breakdown of how they came up with the time.”

“He started to say that he felt "personally attacked" and that he was "helping me out by doing ALL THIS for FREE." I didn't ask for anything to be free.”
