I met Rick Schreiber through a friend that used his services years before I had to considere filing myself. Rick, who prefers being called by his first name is very nice to get along with. He made the whole experience a very easy going process and I never felt judged, which was one of my insecurities or fears. He’s soft spoken, very organized which is something that I appreciate since I’m not; he has a small office that helped me feel comfortable. When he needs you, he makes sure you know before hand and not only emails but calls you. This approach helped me come down when I was out of my comfort zone. In the end, filing is not something you consider it will happen to you, but now that I have gone through the process, I’m honored he took my case. I would recommend his services with eyes closed.

Was looking for a tribunal lawyer in a person injury case at a hotel or a lawyer that would take on a case against the tribunal system, sadly most won't because they have there own laws and ways on tribunal land they don't gotta follow our courts laws, so it's difficult to find a lawyer when they're not going to be able to make any money cause your likely to loose unfortunately.

She is very unprofessional and want to push people to court to get the most of someone's money, she doesn't care about your children's emotions of parents going to a court room the fights and arguments, all she cares about is a potential win for her. She is not concerned about how bad or how much worst she is personally making it for you and the other ex, she is not someone who should handle family cases

Looked around for lawyers. Ended up with this office because of the affordability and the attention. I felt other lawyers were rushing through and trying to get it over with. Rick is an AWESOME attorney. He is very professional and caring. Whenever I had a question or a concern and would contact him, he would ALWAYS get back to me on the very same day, relieving my anxiety. I.e., There was one creditor that was included in my bankruptcy that contacted me after it (bankruptcy) had been discharged - who was trying to collect more money from me "post-petition". I informed Rick of this and he was on it right away. After a short period of time, I received a copy of a document that was filed in the county, that I reside in from both Rick and the creditor. The creditor also sent me a letter stating that my "my account was paid in full". The “dark cloud” that had been hanging over my head, for several years, is forever, gone! I cannot put into words of how it feels to finally be free from that... I now have peace of mind and can exhale... I thank Rick from the bottom of my heart for what he did for me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone, who needs his legal services.

Rick made the whole process seamless .going through this process can be very stressful but he made everything less so. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He is down to earth and very comfortable to talk too. i highly recommend Rick to help anyone going through the hard decision to file to get your life back on track
