If I could give Forshier Law more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptonal representation provided by Barb. She exuded professionalism, expertise and a genuine commitment to my cause. She prepared my case above and beyond what was needed and was prepared to take on any response. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone in need of legal representation or guidance.

I had an amazing experience with Barbara! She was very quick at responding to my questions and concerns!! Right away she gave me the layout of what to expect, and what to work on, which helped ease some anxiety!! She is non-judge mental and easy to talk to!! Barb is an exceptional attorney. She has gone above and beyond for my case. This has been the most trying time in my life, and she's been there every step of the way. I have worked in the hospital environment for 15+ years. I was fired from my job at a hospital and ninety days later received a letter of inquiry from the Board of Nursing. I struggled to answer these questions and decided it was in my best interest to hire an attorney. As I was searching for an attorney, I wanted to find an attorney who was an RN and who understood the inner workings of the hospital environment. I knew I hit gold when I stumbled upon Barbara's website and read about her nursing experience. She's a rare breed with a wealth knowledge. She is familiar with many processes, procedures and the documentation in electronic medical records that occur in the field of medicine. This made it easy for me to communicate with her. Having your license on the line is stressful. Making the initial phone call felt scary to me. But, when I heard this friendly, calm voice on the other end of the phone, she put me at ease immediately. She is nonjudgmental, easy to work with and responds quickly to voicemails, texts and emails. I had not purchased malpractice insurance. So, I really appreciated that she charges a flat fee. I did what she recommended in order to prepare my response to the board. Thanks to Barbara's wisdom, my case was dismissed. We nurses work hard to earn our license. When it's at risk, it's vital to hire a professional to help you defend it.
