It became evident that Majeskis focus was not on the best interest of the client, but rather on prolonging the legal process to increase his own financial gain. He showed incapable of coming to any agreeable terms but instead brought unfounded claims lacking substantial basis repeatedly to the court. Showing his inability to demonstrate respect for the legal system and failure to utilize legal procedures for legitimate purposes, wasting valuable time and resources. His practice proved to be greedy, unethical, unprofessional and lacked concern for client outcome resulting in a less than favorable outcome.

My divorce was unusual. My ex and I worked together to draft the paperwork and came to agreements on all of the terms then retainer our own attorneys to review the paperwork and file with the court. Matt explained the pros and cons of the terms my ex and I had negotiated and made it clear what I was gaining or losing compared to what would likely happen if the divorce was contentious and went to a judge to decide. He would have made more money if the divorce was contentious, but he didn't push me to fight, just clearly explained the trade offs I was making. He was quick with his responses, pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and was affordable compared to other lawyers.

At first, I was a little scared when there was a lawyer change at the beginning of my case all before, I actually met with the lawyer. However, Tyler did an amazing job, and he was straight with me and gave me options with the information he had, Autumn who was the assistant I spoke to more often was absolutely helpful. With my case the other party continued to have the significant other contact me and Autumn was there to take my call, emails, and texts allowing it all to be documented and shown to help me. This is not exactly where I was wanting to spend money but absolutely glad, I chose Martine Law for my defense. If (hopefully will not) need them again, I will be calling and asking for Tyler to represent me again. Thank you, Martine Law, for the great representation.
