We called Attorney Matt Little to ask about extensive property damage incurred by a general contractor's sub. The attorney answered the call and responded he would phone back within thirty minutes. Impressive. Attorney Little was gracious and patient as he listened to our story of the outrageous damage and contractor behavior. His wise advice exploring our options was consoling after three-plus months of grief from these obstinate contractors. We are so impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and path-forward-plan of Attorney Little that we want to give accolades. When a client needs an attorney, one is searching for help outside what one can do alone. Anyone seeking sound advice and trust would benefit by working with this attorney.

Consider using a different title company. Attention to detail is an important feature when closing on properties and when simple scheduling times can not be accounted for it raises some concerns on the accuracy of paperwork. Trademark Title is a large company, volume appears to be their specialty not so great with customer service. Since 2014 I have attended 8 closings, my recent Trademark Title experience ranks at the very bottom.
