Jason did a great job negotiating a plea deal for my DWI. He was able to save me from being without a license for very long, and the fine was reduced to a reasonable amount without going to trial. If you want the best DWI lawyer in southern Minnesota, Jason is your guy! Highly recommend

Mr. Kohlmeyer is an excellent attorney ... I would definitely hire him again if I needed a lawyer!! Jason walked/talked me through the entire process of the ticket, arrest, and subsequent hearing ... which needless to say could have been a very scary process. Not only did he make the process understandable and less scary, but the overall outcome could not have been better! Jason saved me my good name and my driving record and saved my family thousands of dollars with his work. I could not be more pleased or thankful for Jason and the people at his firm! Let me preface my review by saying it is really a shame that such a horrible review was published before mine. Are Mr. Kohlmeyer and his law firm perfect? Of course they aren't. What I can say is that they certainly care and are 100% professional and competent. The golden rule applies to adults as well as children. I saw nothing of what the previous client eluded to. Mr. Kohlmeyer is a talented attorney, no doubt about it. Diana, April and Mr. Rosengren were all very helpful any time a question needed an answer. Mr. Kohlmeyer will take your case and make it better. You might have to pay a little more for Mr. Kohlmeyer and his services but I find it hard to put a price on what may be a life changing event. If you want what I feel is the best when it comes to representation of the law, Mr. Kohlmeyer is the attorney for you.
