In 2018, Traffic came to a standstill on I-35. We did- the semi did not. Randy drove 60 mi. to see us, to offer his expertise and help. The many medical envelopes that arrived at our home were directed to his office, and his staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently. All matters were dealt with promptly, our wishes were a priority .We were extremely pleased with the professional and swift way Randy handled our case. We highly recommend him !
