Working with this law firm was amazing. They were kind, empathetic, patient (which I needed after coming out of a near fatal car accident) and very thorough. They worked relentlessly to resolve my case and help me attain the best possible solution. The advice and wisdom they offered was sound and true. I’m incredibly grateful for all they did for me- especially Eric - my main contact. I highly recommend working with them in order to resolve any needs you may have! Words don’t express how grateful I am for everything they did for me. I was able to focus on healing instead of trying to hunt down paperwork, talk to insurance companies and deal with unfriendly situations. I was in an accident around Thanksgiving 2022. I went to one of their competitors down the street and they said in lesser words "we wont make much off this so we are letting you go." I went to Cody down the street and he went to war for me. Excellent service and timely responses. I highly recommend these guys!

A huge thank you to Renee, Cody and Mercedez for the work they did on injury claim I had as the result of an auto accident I had.This team of professionals handled ALL of the details both with the insurance and medical claims, I didn't need to worry about anything other than getting healthy. Just so GREAT. Suppose most people who find themselves in such a situation worry about the time and amount of a settlement, well let me say they achieved both in a time frame I wouldn't have thought possible. I had a GREAT experience with Maschka, Riedy, Ries, & Frentz! I was a passenger in a car accident that left me with 2 compression fractures in my back. Nick Maxwell took on my case when I called him the day after. His office took care of the paperwork for medical bills, lost wages, insurance, etc. They took very good care of me. Nick and his office were there to answer any question I had, whenever I had one. Nick is straightforward, kind, respectful, and most importantly, he really cares about his clients. Nick got my case resolved and I feel like I received ample restitution for the damages I incurred. I hope to never have to come back for a personal injury case, but if I do, Nick and his office will be representing me. If you’re looking for a personal injury lawyer I highly recommend this place!
