I initially felt apprehensive about speaking to a lawyer about my divorce case, but when I called Attorney Elizabeth, I was pleasantly surprised. She was incredibly friendly and one of the most approachable attorneys in Rochester, making it easy for me to talk to her. Highly recommended!

I hired Elizabeth for a hearing in which not only did she fail to fulfill her obligations, but got angry with me for pointing out her failure to submit an order for the judge to sign and said she would "adamantly refute" my claim, if I took legal action against her. She can try to refute it all she wants, but it will be hard for her to do so, as I just received and forwarded to her a copy of the latest order from my case, which I received through my new lawyer, in which the judge clearly states that Liz was, indeed, the one responsible for writing the order and did not do so. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want to hire a responsible and honest lawyer who cares about you, your children, and the outcome of your case.

When a family crisis occurred, we didn't know where to turn. We needed someone in a hurry, no time to poll our friends and neighbors. Looked through the yellow pages and called. It's the only call we made. Talked with her amazing paralegal and then a two hour talk with Elizabeth. We made an appt and never looked back. There is a plethora of words to describe Elizabeth, her team, and her services. Honest. She does not sugarcoat things to make you feel better. Dedicated. If she believes in your case/cause she proves it. Hardworking. Ours has been very complicated and ongoing. She and her paralegal have gone above and beyond for us so many times. Makes herself available as much as possible. At times work has had to be done in an instant, or with very little notice. Wise. This has been unmeasurable to us.
