James Christian Carpenter and I met and he listened to what I had to say about my injury. He told me what he would do to help me and we began my case. He was on top of all my information and when I had a question he would answer it or find the answer for me. He would call me or send me papers to fill out and explained everything I needed to know. He won my case 3 different times because he was prepared to take them on. Chris knows what needs to be done and gets the job done. We were very satified with James "Chris" Carpenter and his staff when we made our difficult decision to file chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chris never made us feel low or bad about the financial situation we found ourselves in. He was supporttive and understanding. Our first meeting with Chris was informational only and was very good. He laid out the facts and proceedure for filing bankruptcy. His assistant Amanda was helpful in gathering all the information needed to file. She was in contact throughout the process and kept us informed of what was needed or would happen next. Court day went really smooth. Chris prepared us well for the questions that might be asked & what information we needed to have/share. Filing bankruptcy is a difficult decision, but for us it was the right one.
