I recently went through a challenging legal process with no prior experience in the judicial system, which caused me significant anxiety. Thankfully, my attorney, Patrick Casey, was there every step of the way, providing clear guidance and unwavering support. He consistently prioritized my best interests, ensuring that I felt heard and understood throughout the process. Patrick's expertise and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much more manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Patrick Casey acted as though he was better than me the entire time. Told me what to say and twisted what I said to make it sound better. He kept interrupting me and did not listen to me. I fired him before trial and will not be going back to his firm ever again. There are better lawyers that actually listen to you.

After being accused of a harsh crime I wanted to find the correct lawyer to clear my name and that lawyer was Patrick. I am wholeheartedly convinced that no other lawyer could've represented me better than Mr. Casey himself. Not only was Mr. Casey professional, but his whole team was also passionate about my case. While working with Patrick I felt calm and comfortable that I could trust my future in his hands, to anyone looking for a lawyer look no further I would recommend Mr. Casey to my best friend if need be.

I was initially excited to have a confident lawyer like Patrick Casey working on my child custody case. Months into it, after a phone call with his paralegal, I received an email of a potential to-be-filed document that I was to review and approve. I was shocked to find that not only had the paralegal gotten several facts completely inaccurate after our phone call, but she had apparently copied and pasted information from another child custody case, and neglected to change the names and information, resulting in me reading details of another client's case. When I responded with a point-by-point explanation of the errors, I was contacted by Patrick, not with an apology for the mistakes, but with a recommendation that we scrap the whole thing. I accepted his advice, but shortly thereafter I received my bill, charging me for the paralegal's time spent "preparing" this useless and concerning document. I went into the office and spoke with the very friendly receptionist, who informed me I would have to talk with Patrick about removing those charges from my bill. When he called me the next day, I expected to chat with him about my concerns, but he quite promptly informed me that he was refunding those charges along with the rest of my retainer, and said I would need to find other counsel. I don't view myself as a difficult client, just one who is concerned with the details and wants to make sure everything is happening the way it should be. I don't typically write critical reviews, however in this instance, I felt it was my duty to warn other potential clients that their cases may not be handled with the utmost care with this firm.

I consulted with this person, and decided off back NOT FOR ME! HERE's my perception. He called me finally after 2wks, asked me some questions, I laid the issue on him, HE seemed to know his strategies, maybe OVER CONFIDENT. Lets me know he was in Mankato guess this gave him the impression I was LOADED $$$. So as I started to answer his questions, he shut me down, "RUDELY" in mid convo, as if I was his child he was raising...THEN TELLS ME HE WANTS "$15K UP FRONT"...I then shut it down and told him how I felt about his approach. 1. Rude 2. very arrogant, 3. OVER PRICED

There is basically no amount of words that can express how satisfied I am with the services i got from this reputable law firm. Patrick is a smart, intelligent and very straightforward Attorney who knows his onions. I was falsely accused and it seemed all hope was lost but then God led me to the doorsteps of the Knuston+Casey law firm. The guidance and aggressive defense of my innocence and integrity, coupled with Patrick's in-depth knowledge of the legal system helped guide me through an otherwise difficult period and he would forever remain appreciated. Patrick Casey gave me the best experience and i am grateful. Lastly, stay out of trouble and be careful. However, if you find yourself in a legal mess, head straight to Knuston+Casey they would definitely proffer a solution.

After I was wrongfully charged with criminal wreckless driving, I had no idea where to turn. Fortunately I contacted Patrick Casey at Knutson+Casey law firm. After speaking with mr. Casey I was confident that he was the person for the job. He took charge right away and his confidence made me feel much more reassured. On the day of the trial I was impressed with the way he layed out my case and proved to the jury I was Not Guilty. I would like to say thank you to Patrick and his legal team. They were all very helpful and understanding about what I was going through. Thanks again Patrick and team. If you have any legal problems that require a lawyer, I recommend you call Patrick Casey. He and his staff are the people you need to get the job done.

I went to Patrick Casey after doing research online about attorneys specializing in family law. I had a previous lawyer that gave me bad advice and Patrick was able to undo the mess that the previous lawyer had did. He was very professional and answered my questions in a timely manner.

I just want to share that I do not know what I would've done without Patrick during my 2 1/2 years divorce and child custody case! It was a very contentious and difficult divorce full of lies and deception from my Ex and his attorney, but Patrick and I stuck to the truth never lowering ourselves to their level and every time I felt like giving up, that I couldn't fight him anymore Patrick would tell me things were going to be okay both financially and emotionally for me and he was right. He was very professional, knowledgeable kind & compassionate. In the beginning I told him I had no way to pay him until the divorce was over as my Ex controlled all of the money & committed financial abuse towards me. Patrick never hounded me about money he told me He knew He'd get paid in the end when I got my settlement, Patrick was right! We were fighting over millions after a an abusive and controlling 20 year marriage, I was so scared after working so hard on the farm and in the hog barns for 20 years that because of my Ex's and his lawyers lies I would get nothing, but Patrick never lost hope, never gave up and got me a nice settlement so I can move on and rebuild my life. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Patrick for all you did for me and making sure the truth was told!

I am writing this review in reference to Mr. Patrick Casey. Having had a number of Attorneys represent me in the past. None of which top Mr. Casey's thorough and knowledge in Family Practice. He has proven he is willing to listen and help me through stressful and emotional times working through child support issues. As hourly rates go. His rates are comparable with other Attorneys. Mr, Casey gets right to the issues at hand and importance. Thus, saving dollars in the long run. I have found my Attorney, Mr. Patrick Casey, I want to represent me for present and any future issues that may arise. Thank you Patrick!

I attempted to use Patrick Casey for a DUI case. My rights were violated as the officer did not allow me to make attorney phone calls after my arrest. This should have shown up on the tape as he boldly yanked the phone cord from the wall and wrapped it around the phone while shouting at me that he "had had enough of me, little lady!" Mr. Casey assured me that it sounded as though I surely had a case and should it go to court the cost would be $2300. He assured me that he would have no problem obtaining the tape and he would contact me as soon as he had the information gathered. I appeared in court on the designated date to find that he had mailed a notice of a change of court date on a Wed. prior to our Mon. court hearing and had not even received the tape yet. I live in Waseca, had neither a car or driver's license and this was a great inconvenience and expense for me. The next thing I heard from him was that he had received a copy of the tape and it showed nothing of the sort. I asked that he send me the original so that a friend of mine could test it for tampering and he assured me that he would. The next time I saw him was in court a WEEK later stating that he felt I would not receive it in time for court (but I WOULD receive a change of hearing notice in TWO days by mail?) There was a woman who rode along with the officer who made the comment that she "didn't know why he was acting this way tonight." The road that he said that he stopped me on was inaccurate and she could testify to this and his hostility. I had asked that he try to identify and get a deposition from her but he had made not attempt to do so. He had originally told me that it would be "no problem to obtain the tape from the prosecution" yet it took two months and that was why the court date was postponed which I feel gave them adequate time to tamper with the evidence. When I arrived in court for the first hearing he had in hand a plea agreement that we had never discussed. He then told me he expected to get paid the full $2300 in order to appear at my sentencing. He had made no attempt to get the original implied consent tape. He screamed at me about money and later claimed that I had said he was working with the police and quit my case. He made no attempt to discuss the matter in a civil fashion and I did not feel that I was dealing with someone who was at all professional.
