I was referred to this lawyer by someone who works HR and was told that he was great. We Met with him and had a free consultation and he said if I collected X,Y and Z for him that he would take my case and he described in full detail what the next steps would be. I gave him what he needed and he seemed adamant in pursuing my case. I Kept sending information to him but soon it was one sided. I would leave messages and never hear back. I even sent an email asking if he still was interested in my case and received no response. I called and they were always unavailable. I was frustrated because he could not even face me to tell me he didn't want to pursue it. Instead he avoided me. Losing pay is not okay and the entire time he was ignoring me I could have spent looking for someone else. Very disappointed in how this was handled and it seemed very unprofessional in many aspects. I will advise the person who referred me to this office to no longer refer this business.

He was professional and well educated.. I chose Thomas after getting three prior consultations... He seemed confident and to the point.. After all was said and done I felt relief words cant express.. I contacted Tom Hagen for a DWI charge, I was extremely impressed with Mr. Hagen, he knows his stuff, he's patient and made sure that I understood what was going on. I wanted a "Mr nice guy / ruthless" Lawyer when I contacted Jason Kohlmeyer. He had helped members of my family in the past and came highly recommended. Jason advised I speak with one of his team members, Tom Hagen. I met with Tom for the first time and I was taken back a bit. Hes young, sharp dressed, calm, and most importantly, he made me feel like a person. I felt as I was more than just another case to Him. Those of you reading this that have felt like "just another number" in the system know what im talking about. My case didn't go like all of us had hoped. I did have to do some time and I know this sounds cliche but "I did the crime so I did some time." (parole violation) After getting out the D.O.C. put some crazy restrictions on me. It was my pleasure to get to know Mr. Rosengren and his team, very professional and helpful crew. Chris Rosengren explained my rights and outcome before I even hired him as attorney. He was very helpful from the get go. He got the job done and now I can move on with my life. Work related injury and workers compensation can be very complicated and if you don't have the right attorney on your side, things can really go south from that point. Loved working with him, wish him more success in his career.

This law office was very helpful and informative on helping me complete a settlement with my previous employer. Every time I called or emailed I was responded very promptly that same day. I also never felt pushed aside or that my case didn't matter, considering my case was small in comparison. I was highly recommended to them and will be giving the same recommendations.

When I received a DWI, I instantly called Rosengren Kohlmeyer law office. I was set up with Mr. Hagen, who was friendly and reassured me that he would do his best to help me in this situation. Mr. Hagen was able to lower my sentencing to a Careless Driving. This while I thought I would have to go to a jury trial, however Mr. Hagen was able to get an amazing plea deal. I would recommend Mr. Hagen to anyone looking for a lawyer willing to work with you. Most of the negative reviews seem like more complaints that are related to the court system not the lawyers themselves.

Did not prepare me for the situation when we actually went to court. Outcomes and explanations where given only in a room at the court not talked through at the office when we had time to prepare for what we wanted to do. Worked out a deal the day sentenced to gave us little time to choose what we wanted to do. Then sat outside court room when we could have been talking over situation. Thomas seemed irritated when we did not make a quick decision. Felt thrown under the bus afterward and should not have gone with them.
