Sent detailed information to the firm about repeated warranty issues with my 2021 Kia Seltos which has been out of service over 40 business days. While Todd was willing to help, he was more interested in trying to secure for me a $3000 cash and keep with Kia, instead of a vehicle replacement or buyback. Reasoning was manufacturers are using the defense of COVID-19 for long service delays. However, I was able to secure a buyback offer from Kia on my own without much effort based on the Minnesota Lemon Law. If I can do that, an attorney at this law firm should definitely be able to. I didn't end up using their service.

It has now been about 7 months since Todd Gadtke and his firm settled my Lemon Law claim. With Thanksgiving here, I am reflecting on the many things I have to be thankful for, including the work Todd did to get that nightmare of a car out of my life. I genuinely appreciate the his efforts and would be ready to use his services again should I stumble into another similar situation. I bought another new car and have not had a single problem or warranty issue. All I've done is change the oil and rotate the tires. Life is good.

I have been on my divorce process for over a year. Jodi T was completely unprofessional, no responsive, and providedtprovided poor advicw. At times I felt I was battling two lawyers ( my own and my ex's lawyer). I spent upper $30ks and did not even finalize my divorce with Jodi. I had to changed lawyers to obtain results. I then hire Jack Waltz and got divorce within few weeks. If you go with this firm stay away from Jodi. I worked for Google and deal with lawyers a lot and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and advocacy, no to mention the mistakes made in my case that led to setting an OFP with no findings without proper explanation on the implication on my child custody. I hired this firm because the TV commercial and the reviews on Google, but perhaps the other lawyers are good. No in my case. Divorce is draining and emotionally exhausting, so make sure you have someone by your side that will advocate, be responsive, be your ally and provide the best advice and that person I assure is not Jodi T. No in my case.
