I’m a Peruvian citizen living in the US. I was looking for guidance with the Green Card process and Scott and his team were such a blessing for my husband and I. The help he offered was great and the communication was timely, they’re always available and willing to clarify questions. He was even able to explain everything to me in Spanish and to my husband in English with simple terminology which allowed us to have full understanding of every step on the way. We started the process to get permanent residency and afterwards U.S citizenship with Deckert Law P.A. at the end of 2021. We knew that it wasn't going to be easy nor fast process. That's why we asked for recommendations to a online forum group of expats in Bolivia and also missionaries that are living here about a reliable immigration lawyer. Scott's office was very committed along all our process. They were careful about reviewing what documentation I needed, what immigration forms were the best for us, and also it was very convenient that he speaks Spanish— making easier for me to ensure I understand all the fine details. Scott also gave us expected timeframes for the process as well. Finally at the end of 2023, I'm became a U.S citizen, we are thankful with Deckert Law P.A. They made what could be a very daunting process, very seamless.
