Going through a bankruptcy is never a fun ordeal. My wife and i had worked with another attorney who did not have our best interests in mind. With this we turned our attention to finding another attorney. After our research everything pointed us towards Kain & Scott. After our initial meeting we felt a huge weight being lifted off of our shoulders. The entire process was so simple and we were made to feel like we were their only client. If anyone is considering a bankruptcy I would suggest you stop looking for another attorney. Save yourself the heartache and time and call Kain & Scott.

Finances were great, until I took a hit in hours and realized there was no way I could keep up with bills while having anything to eat with. It was a hard decision to file bankruptcy and looking over it all, it all seemed like so much that I realized I had to contact the professionals. My team (Danielle, Ashley, Breanna, Jane, and Caroline) was absolutely amazing! They guided me through every step and they were all there if I had any questions or concerns about anything. I even had a representative with me during my meeting of creditors, which really made me feel comfortable with it. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me. Such a huge weight has been lifted off of me thanks to the wonderful team from LifeBack Law. I can't recommend them enough!

I have had the pleasure to meet Wes on a professional level and I can easily say that he is very knowledgeable and conversant in his field. More importantly, Wes can connect and speak to people like an old friend making it easy to understand him and the process. He never talks over your head and is always in tune with your questions. You owe it to yourself to at least contact him when considering a bankruptcy attorney before you make your final decision.

The whole staff at Main and Scott has been great. I reviewed earlier in the process, but felt even stronger now that it's been successful and complete. Gina did a great job of getting my credit back on track after the discharge.

They have encouraged me and guided me to the steps I needed to take. Fighting cancer and all of those consequences in health and finances have left me exhausted.
